BOMBERS IMPRESS AT LINDENWOOD MEGACAMP

Today was the first day of the Lindenwood Mega Camp and the Bombers did not disappoint. Lindenwood brought in college football coaches in droves to evaluate area athletes, and the Bombers put themselves right at the front of the line.

2022 WR Caleb Merritt was the headliner! With a blazing 4.53 40 yard dash and a 10-4 broad jump his athleticism was on full display. he dominated the 1 v 1 drills as opponents could not stay in front of him or near him during his routes. Caleb was a top target of the college coaches in attendance. Wyoming, Cornell, Dartmouth, Yale, SEMO, Miami OH and many others were interested.

2022 OL Aaron Guller was also impressive. Weighing in a 258 lbs and dominating every rep in his one on one’s. Guller is poised for a huge recruiting summer and an even bigger fall season. Aaron also had a flurry of activity from the college coaches including Harvard, Yale, Wash U, and Grinnell.

2022 QB Duncan Cloniger showed tremendous accuracy and mobility in the drills. And followed that with a few tremendous throws in the one on one session. His deep balls were outstanding. You can see the development in his arm strength heading into his senior season. Duncan drew college interest from Cornell, Yale, Harvard, Wash U, and Indiana State to name a few.

2023 LB Anil Dharmarajan was very athletic during the testing. And followed that up by winning all but two reps in his one on one pass coverage. Anil is showing tremendous growth and maturity and figures to be a key contributor for the Bombers this fall

2024 DB George Arnold was the smallest and youngest Bomber in attendance. But his speed and athleticism drew attention from the likes of Dartmouth. George was a fearless competitor in his first college camp. As a sophomore he will challenge for Varsity playing time and could play a large role for the Bombers this fall.
