Ware and Foote take Flight

2024 LB Kortland Ware and 2025 WR Carter Foote each took their off-season game to the next level last weekend when they were selected to the Explosion Sports Academy (ESA) Flight 7 on 7 team.

Ware spent the 2021 season as the Varsity TE for the Bombers, but he will play his natural position (LB) for the Flight. He had a strong sophomore campaign ending with All-Metro League Honors.

Foote is a dynamic playmaker who will play WR for the Flight. He had limited Varsity action as a freshman, but did record a receiving TD, defensive TD and a safety all in one JV game against Kirkwood.

Both players should figure prominently in the Bombers plans for 2022 and their work begins now
